SHELMITH MUGOH

Shelmith is a noted industry expert with sound experience in Commercial, Business Finance, and Change Management. She is the Founder and Executive Lead at Precision Advisory and is widely known for her commercial acumen as well as finance expertise. She chairs the Board Audit Committee at Kingdom SACCO, which is regulated by Sacco Societies Regulatory Authority (SASRA).

Shelmith is a Certified Public accountant of Kenya, is a certified Professional Mediator and is accredited with an ABE Advance Diploma and IBA (Finance) graduate from USIU. She is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK), AWAK, WOBN and PTAK.

Shelmith is passionate about advancing financial competence and literacy across business functions. She has conducted various trainings in Finance, Enterprise Risk, Change Management, and Strategic Planning among others. Separate from her work vocation, she is also involved in professional mentoring for young adults and enjoys moments of self-reflection.

Previously she served at FEP Holdings as a Group Commercial Manager, Divisional Head and Finance Manager. She was the Finance and Administration Manager at Plenser Limited and Toyota Kenya service division as well as Head of Finance at CITAM Group.

Her zeal towards team development and participation can be traced throughout her career growth, where she spent significant time addressing financial root-cause analysis and solutions in different management set-ups. As a commercial and financial expert, she has specialized in supporting SME’s, local start-ups and non-finance executives.
