Our strategic thrust involves identifying synergistic partners with shared values who will enable our access to new markets with our innovative products. Our people remain our greatest asset and we seek to empower them to adopt appropriate technology in harnessing all opportunities available in the modern marketplace. Our customers remain the centre of our product development initiatives and projects.
We are reviewing our governance structures in line with our strategy in order to ensure we have the capacity and skills to take on the next phase of our growth. We are keen to engage board members with outstanding expertise in Marketing & PR, ICT, Legal, Fundraising and Entrepreneurial skills.
Board members shall be required to attend a minimum of four (4) Board meetings and four (4) board committee meetings a year, but they may also be requested to attend our strategic forums in support of management efforts to deliver on company’s mandate. NCL will pay reasonable allowances and expenses for Board members in execution of their mandate.
